White Bean Vegetarian Chili



4 cans white kidney beans
1 red, orange, yellow bell pepper
1 cup corn
2 cups vegetable broth
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. cumin, coriander, chili powder
1 tbsp. cilantro


Puree 2 cans of white kidney beans.  Place mixture in pot.  Slice bell peppers.  Process in food processor with garlic and cilantro.  Pulse until salsa texture.  Add to pot along with other 2 cans of white kidney beans, seasonings, and vegetable broth.  Bring to a boil.  Salt and pepper to taste.
